As part of our factory modernization, we have successfully installed the Grecon SimpleLab Gas Analyser, which, along with the GA6000 system, provides us with a dual layer of security in emission control, ensuring compliance with both our customers and regulations.
The Grecon SimpleLab Analyser is cutting-edge technology that measures formaldehyde emissions in real-time during manufacturing. This innovative system offers fast analysis, with results available in just a few hours ⏱️, and is CHEMVERBOTSV-approved, with CARB II / EPA certification in process, ensuring compliance with the strictest emission standards.
Formaldehyde concentration is determined using laser technology, complemented by additional verification through wet measurement, conducted by our technical team using spectrophotometric analysis in accordance with EN ISO 12460-3 standards. The system’s ability to adapt to future regulatory changes ensures long-term reliability and compliance with evolving standards.
