The Imal Full Blister Classifier (FBC200), manufactured in Italy, is an advanced system designed to detect unglued, delaminated, blown or low-density areas, bubbles, cracks, and other flaws inside the plywood. It uses high-resolution cameras and sensors to analyze each sheet as it moves along the production line, ensuring that both surface and internal irregularities are detected early.
This installation is part of our ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology, alongside the recent installation of the Steinemann sanding machine. Both technologies are aimed at significantly improving our quality control processes.
